Our serviced apartments are visited on a regular basis by our housekeeping team for a thorough clean, replacement of all linen and checking for any maintenance requirements. Our housekeeping service is delivered by a friendly, trustworthy and highly trained team, who set a meticulous level of cleanliness for our apartments. This service includes changing bed linen, replacing towels and a thorough clean of all areas. Our housekeeping service is provided three times a week as standard, but can be tailored to meet our guest's needs, at an extra charge.

We understand that in order to deliver the highest standard of service it is necessary to ensure that our properties are well maintained and inspected on a regular basis. Our maintenance support team is on hand to change light bulbs and handle any small day-to-day issues. We have a support contact phone number in the unlikely event that a guest requires emergency assistance.
All guests are greeted by a member of our guest relations team upon arrival, who will talk through the apartment features and discuss the services we can offer. Guests will receive a complimentary welcome pack of groceries and toiletries in their apartment upon arrival.
